Arroyo Grande is the only neighborhood in the Parkside community that allows an RV to be stored behind your gate. This neighborhood also permits detached garages.
Residents and their guests have access to the Community Center, Civic Building and three community parks within Anthem. Programs and classes are offered for residents at the Community Center and Civic Building throughout the year.
The Community Center is open to Anthem residents of all ages (with an active membership) and their authorized guests. It is also a family resource with state-certified child care programs and camps.
Anthem has walking, biking and hiking trails throughout the community. Hikers with a recreational permit may also hike Daisy Mountain. The Maricopa Trail is also accessible from Anthem.
The Civic Building is a multi-purpose building intended to encourage and inspire social, cultural, civic and educational interaction. Enjoy indoor & outdoor space available as drop-in or rental opportunities.
The Anthem Community Council owns and cares for three parks in the community. These parks allow Anthem residents and their guests to enjoy the outdoors year-round. More than 30 neighborhood parks, maintained by the HOAs, are sprinkled throughout Anthem.
